Dear John,
I was thinking about phoning you and telling you
how wonderful Donna is, but decided to put it in writing
so you actually show it to her. But don't let her
get a big head. LOL We moved over to Donna several
years ago from an inadequate CPA, and Donna has been
wonderful in fulfilling our request for accurate taxes
and has always treated me with the utmost respect.
It was just by luck that my first appointment was
with Donna, and I feel like I won the Lottery. She
is great and she performed beyond my expectations.
Every year I am amazed at how she can find ways to
make the uncomfortable tax season more bearable for
Bobby and I, but somehow she has the knack to do it
and she does it professionally. If you are responsible
for training her, well dear sir, my hat goes off to
you as well. We have recommended a few family members,
but I wish I could recommend more, not for a referral
fee, just so that could experience the quality of
Donna's work. She is amazing and I love to work with
her each and every year.
John, you have a life long customers with Bobby and
me, as long as you keep Donna. LOL
